No, the Naturalist can’t hold an adequate basis for ethical values when they believe in no absolutes.

I do not think naturalism holds an adequate basis for long term ethical values. When your values are not based on an unchanging standard, the best you can hope for is short-term compliance. If your ethical values are constantly changing, conflicts are inevitable.

No because there is no basis for what is right and what is wrong.

If there are no ethical absolutes there can be no ethical values. There is no solid foundation for right and wrong if it’s determined by social group consensus.
