I just realized that Savior and Lord were two different aspects of Jesus. Yes. Throughout this Journey, I have come to realize that not only is he my savior but is also Lord over my life. Thus, I surrender my ways for the ways taught by Jesus.

I accepted Jesus as my saviour whenI was much younger but the depth of my knowledge of the meaning behind it matured as I also matured. Perhaps it also came with having more time to reflect on the meaning of this acceptance and the ability to see it as an integral part of my life.

I asked Jesus in my heart when I was six years old. I then rededicated my life to Jesus in 1999.
