Dr. Heim draws several connections between the teachings of Ecclesiastes and Jesus’ teachings. What is your reaction to this?

I had ever made a connection between Ecclesiastes and the teachings of Jesus. But, I found it a logical conclusion. All of God’s word is consistent. Attempts at understanding one portion of it only supports our understanding of the entirety of scripture. The teaching of Ecclesiastes and Matthew stress a life centered on God. Both guide us to the purpose for which we were created.
