Bible study is God communicating to me through his word. Prayer is me communicating to God. Fellowship is communicating with my spiritual brothers and sisters, learning more about God from them.

Bible Study, fellowship and prayer can be called different forms of spiritual communication because each of them allows a person to be engaged with God. This engagement allows both one and one encounter with God as well as engaging with others to learn more about God.

Bible study is getting to know God better through His interaction with people in the Bible and what He has said in the Bible.
Fellowship is connecting with other Christians about Gods Word or sharing God’s Word with other people.
Prayer is time talking to God and listening to God to grow closer to Him.

Bible study is a direct form of spiritual communication because God’s word is where we find His essence, who He is, His law, His dictates, His love, His grace, His judgements, and the salvation He offers us in Jesus Christ. It also offers us access, even if we don’t entirely understand it all, to the mind of God. Fellowship is a type of spiritual communication because we learn from elders, deacons, pastors, and lay ministers, more about our faith and are able to grow together in prayer, preaching, teaching, and the reading of the scriptures. And lastly, prayer is where we can directly talk with Jesus Christ and the Father from our whole hearts.

Bible study is a time to be in a community to study and understand God’s word. This fellowship and community allow us to understand and fully study God’s Word. Prayer is our time of communication with God and Him with us.
