Bible study communicates through our intellect primarily — provides head knowledge about who God is in His nature, what are His principles, and what He expects of us whether we do that study 1on1 with God or in a group with other people.
Fellowship with God and with each other provides the body and soul connectedness of our mind, will, emotions, and five senses as we interact with people directly and with God through His Word. We express our feelings verbally and physically to show the impact on our physical and visceral beings.
Prayer communicates with God for ourselves and for others at the deepest level whether we speak in a known tongue or an unknown one because our very essence — our spirit man — conveys what is heaviest on our minds and hearts. Scripture says that words aren’t even necessary to speak to God in prayer because when we know not what we ought to pray, the Spirit makes groanings that cannot be uttered in intercession for us (paraphrase of Romans 8:26). I like to say that God hears our tears, not just sees them, and treats each one of those tears as a prayer also. And God always hears the voice of His children no matter what voice we use. Bible study is way of having God’s knowledge of what he has done and what is to come as a believer.
Fellowship is a way gathering together in his name and that makes God among us.
Prayer is way of communicating with God.
While in communication there’s different way God speak in different kids of communication means -
Bible study, fellowship, and prayer are all different forms of spiritual communication because they are all done in different ways and can be done with different or the same groups of people. Personally, I pray for the most part by myself. I go weekly to a women’s Bible study and I study by myself. That Bible study and my Sunday worship are fellowship. They are all spiritual communication because you are communicating with Christ.

Spiritual communication is a skill that can be practiced by in different settings. In Bible study it is the practice of individuals getting together in a more formal setting to discuss different aspects of being a Christian by using a study manual. Fellowship can be both formal as in a church setting or informal as in believers gathering to do an activity with similar beliefs, I think whenever believers gather together to celebrate God it’s spiritual communication. Praying is the most direct form of spiritual communication because it’s our relationship with the Holy Trinity that guides us.

Bible study is how we learn to communicate you God. We learn the language of God and how to pray.
