Explain how Bible study, fellowship, and prayer can be called different forms of spiritual communication.
Bible study is how God speaks to us through His Word (2 Timothy 3:16). Fellowship is how Christians speak to each other about Christ (Hebrews 10:24-25), or how Christians speak to unbelievers about Christ (Romans 1:16). Prayer is how we speak to God (Phillipians 4:6-7). -
Bible study. This is where we get to read the words that the Lord left as guide line for us as believers in Christ
Fellowship. This is how we continue to grow Fellowshiping with other like minded Godly people
Prayer. Is our direct line of communication with the Lord

Bible study allows us direct access to what God has said, His character, His expectations, His mercies and His faithfulness. Fellowship allows us to see what God is doing in others’ lives and reflect on His activity in our own lives. We also get to rejoice at others’ sanctification and be encouraged by it, while also being placed in a position to help address sin and welcome reconciliation. Prayer allows us direct access to God’s heart, a place to submit our wills to His, to worship Him for His glories and provisions, and to place our request before his feet, both individually and corporally. These all lead to spiritual formation because it causes our hearts, minds and souls to seek God through His preserved revelation. All this is possible because of Jesus’ death and resurrection- we have access to God because the veil is torn. It is an awesome ability that we should remember not to take for granite.

Bible Study is like quality one-on-one time with God. It is time to get to know God, His likes/dislikes, and His heart.
Fellowship is like going on a group date. It’s a bunch of people spending time with God simultaneously. It’s great, it is necessary, but it does not take the place of one-on-one time.
Prayer is like a phone call or a marco polo. You communicate with God in prayer. If you leave it one-sided, you miss out, but if you become consistent, it eventually becomes a dialogue, and you see God’s response. -
Bible study is reading God’s love letter to us. All the books of the Old Testament speak to the coming of our Savior Jesus Christ who is the ultimate “Love”; the books of the New Testament describe Jesus’ entry into the world and His 3 year mission on Earth, and how He died for our sins and redeemed us; and the remaining books describe how we are to grow and become like Him, and what remains in store for us in the future kingdom. Fellowship allows a group of Christians to come together corporately to worship God; and prayer allows us individually or corporately to worship, adore, praise, and thank Him for all that He has does for us — it also is a time for us to seek His help for ourselves and others.
