Bible study – Hearing God’s message to us
Fellowship – Communication with other believers
Prayer – Communication with God -
Bible study, fellowship and prayer are all forms of spiritual communication.
Bible study is a way to discover and learn more about the God we serve. It is a way to learn what God desired for us to know, believe and pray. His word communicates to us who He is and why we even exist. As it says in 2 Tim 2:15 we show that we are approved by God by studying his word. Fellowship with others is crucial to the development of our faith. When we interact with other believers it helps to strengthen our faith (iron sharpening iron) and it gives the opportunity to express our faith with likeminded people. Lastly but definitely not least prayer is not only the means of personally communicating with God but it’s a means of hearing what He wants to communicate to us. Praying His Word, Praying corporately and praying in solitude are all ways to open communication with our Heavenly Father. All of these ways are also a form of worship acknowledging who God is, what Christ did for us and how we can be a part of God’s kingdom. Incorporating all of these forms are a way to communicate with God and for God to communicate with us. -
Bible Study teaches us about God. It shows us his qualities and how he deals with people on an individual basis. It teaches us how we should live.. It helps us develop a relationship with God, it instructs us and he speaks to us through it. Meeting in Fellowship helps us see God through other people perspectives and we can learn through them and from them. God uses other people to speak to you and deliver a message to you that he wants you to know. You can also do the same for others. We don’t feel alone if we are in fellowship and we are stronger in a group. Prayer is us communicating with God na dhopefully we are aware when he is speaking back to us

Bible studying is for nourishing our knowledge of God. Fellowshipping is sharing time with fellow believers, which can be a venue for encouraging, application and discipling. Praying is a deepening of your relationship to God, acknowledging that He is Lord of all and is in control of your life and everything else happening and that you are surrendering everything to Him.
