In my opinion, she was showing that the Bible envelopes the worldly things that we are teaching and learning. Everything starts with the Bible and the text is just in the midddle.

The visual of the book in the middle of two Bibles is illustrating how we as Christian teachers should make sure that our lessons begin and end with the WORD of God. It shows how important it is to keep God in the midst of it all.
