Having said that, there will be several areas in science where we may have to say “The world explains it as…., but as Christians, we know God created it this way.” It would be difficult to look at any natural scientific phenomenon and NOT want to give credit to a Creator for all of the complexities of design.

Johannes Kepler, Blaise Pascal, Robert Boyle and many other scientists were devoted Christians who believed the Bible as the foundation for truth and scientific inquiry. Scientific discoveries reinforce biblical principles, such as the number of stars, or the ocean currents, or the water cycle. The scientific method is a logical way to guide people to study if hypotheses are valid. This is supported by the consistency and trustworthiness of the Scriptures. Christian teachers should use the Scriptures as it relates to various scientific topics to show how the Bible referenced scientific realities, even centuries before they were discovered.

All things were made by Him and without Him was not anything made that was made. When we view science from the creation of time as we know it, we are able to see that we are fearfully and wonderfully made in His image, and all of creation displays His glory!
