Following the principles can keep conflict from exploding out of a conversation and it can also quiet a religious spirit that tries to over power a situation.

So we can treat or neighbors the way we want to be treated in life

Each six principles of relationships are important because they are the foundation of our relationship with others. All six are important values that make us get along with others people that have religon apart from us. Also God expect us to live by such values because can see us and respect what we believe if we live with such principles with them. We can live by the will of God if we apply them.

1. Genuine: We need show kindness and patience just as God has been showing kindness and patience toward us. They need to see that we care, show compassion, and mercy.
2. Respectful: Love our neighbors, respect others different customs and religions. Listening and have others share with what they believe in there customs and religions.
3. Humble: It is humbling to discover how other people live, what they believe in. Being sensitive to tot he diversity within particular religions. Being humble toward Eastern Religions.
4. Fair: Every religion has there own past history. We should be fair to other people of other religions.
5. Discreet: Must deal with differences with humility, courtesy, and discretion. Anger and conflict pushes people away, while followers of Christ speak the truth in love. We must be careful not to judge or condemn others.
6. Be discerning: ” What is the Truth?” Acknowledge common ground. Don’t overlook differences.
To treat one another the same way we want to be treated. To show respect to other peoples cultures, religions, customs, and faith.

Each of the (6) principles are important in the relationship with other belief systems, is to show kindness and respect for those who are different. For God loves all people, but also does not wish that any perish for not believing.
