If we carry the Spirit of God in us, then we must treat others with those characteristics – love, honesty, compassion, grace. We can simply not treat anyone differently while we ourselves have been given such grace.

They are important because everyone is loved by God and we are called to love them to. All six principals concerns an aspect of love.

Because it is our guidance as Christians to address other religions and beliefs properly and wisely, while at the same time be able to stand our ground on the true beliefs in Christ.

They’re important because we’re called on to love our neighbors. It’s not our place to judge others.

I believe these 6 principles will help us mature into stronger Christians. Hate and dislike will not make us better humans. Learning who we are, respecting who each of us are, accepting our differences are the beginning step to being a stronger Christian.
