They may have a different audience and some of them are giving an account from someone who was with Jesus

What the four authors described differently about Jesus is as if Jesus were painted by four painters. This is because Jesus’ appearance is one person, but the specific appearance is bound to vary depending on his interest or which direction he drew it.

Each author was writing to different audiences, they were writing for different purposes, that is what they wanted they wanted to emphasize about Jesus’ life. Each other author had their own writing style and these facts could account for the difference in the synoptic gospels.
