Deleted User08/08/2023 at 20:30I thought the teacher for this lecture gave an excellent scenario about the student attending college. She writes her parents a letter about courses and her academics but then she writes to her friends about all the new friends that she is meeting and the campus’ extra curricula activities. It all depends on which audience you are addressing.

Deleted User04/02/2023 at 13:20Each author had a different relationship with Jesus, a different role in society, and were writing for a different audience therefore the information they included, the way they included it, and their backgroup knowledge and experiences all worked together to create a different account of the same or sometimes different events of Jesus’ life.

In comparison, If you read the ‘journalism’ of today on social networking, something as simple as a pronouncement from a media star can generate forests worth of accounts of what was said, what it all meant, who liked it, who didn’t like it, tomes of misinterpretations and starry eyed, mystical confabulations. -
