Has there ever been a time in your life when you thought God did not exist?

I never thought that God did not exist, but I know there were hard times in my life where I thought God had left me alone and abandoned me.

Yes I have because life throws u so many curve balls you start to not believe but then when you study the word you learn that all curve balls are for the betterment of you and your relationship with Christ

No there was never a time in my life I didn’t doubt God’s existing, but I have doubted that He wrestled with why He allowed certain painful circumstances to happed in my life.

When I had a boyfriend of 3 years, and we were waiting till we get married. He had cheated 3 times. I thought because of all that hard work of being faithful didn’t work. I blamed God. Then I was raped. I didn’t tell no one. I was scared. My dad was a drunk and abusive. I thought God really didn’t care about me. I ran away on and on. In all the suffering there was no one to turn to but God. God guided me to a family with a baby that had a huge tongue and had a hard time breathing. They also had another son and daughter and needed a babysitter. This was hard at first to watch this baby constantly and take care of the other two, but God had those other two children helping me and this was encouragement and I learned to forgive and have compassion on my family to call them and let them nowhere I was. Suffering is one of the detours of believing God don’t care.

There has NEVER been a time in my life when I thought God did not exist. There have been times when I believed he was not keeping an eye on me, but those were times when my emotions got the best of me. I understand that in every life some rain must fall, but when I was younger, I felt scared and forsaken.
