Yes, it has. I better understand what it means to be called by God for a specific work for the Kingdom. The definitions of Broad calling Urgent calling, and patient calling–I had not heard of these terms. It puts it all in perspective for me now. Mine is a broad calling –not all upfront (Abraham). I don’t have the feeling of wondering as I was before this lesson.

Not really. This lesson has confirmed that we all are leaders. We all have influence over someone in our lives, whether that be our children, co-workers, someone we mentor, etc. which makes us a leader.

While I wouldn’t say my overall definition or understanding of the word has changed, my ability to more actively acknowledge that everyone has some level of “influence” or “impact” has. The lesson was also a reminder to be conscious of the fact that we don’t always know the scope of our influence, and should be mindful of how we carry ourselves.
