Has your thinking changed as a result of this lesson?

I’ve always thought of myself as a ‘reluctant’ leader. Always placed in leadership roles but wholly unsuited due to my introverted nature. Bad at public speaking and confronting others when they need to change or improve. I feel terribly like Moses did during his weak times. I’ve never thought that I was being a leader even towards my friends when I encourage them to focus on God or when I give out some suggestions to their queries.

I’m looking at calling versus God given gifts……I think your calling will use your God given gifts but still not sure how a Calling is discerned….and….if I’m confusing the two

Yes! I was influenced to a better definition by our friendly and wonderful leader 🙂 (And I also feel even more of a conviction to step up my leadership game in *all* the situations and settings I’ve had the blessing and honour to serve in!)

By seeing calling as being part of the Christian life, that is we are called out from the world, and the idea that we are all ministers before God, it challenges me to see what I should be doing with any gifts that God has given me.

yes, it has given me a deeper understanding of the impact that I may have on others, and I need to be more aware of that.
