All the time , but at the end of the day it is about being yourself and being honest truthful and real.

Sometimes. Sometimes I can pour my heart out to Him and other times my mind is just blank. I guess that’s the problem. I should be praying with my heart, not my mind.

Yes, I often feel like my posture and words have to be perfect for the most holy God. But it helps to read the simple prayers of the bible like “I believe, help my unbelief.”
