Memorizing scripture allows me to call upon it in my time of need. It also provides a library of God’s character to reference as I face the struggles of this world. These are practices I can share/model with my students!

I grew up memorizing Scripture, and to this day I am so thankful that I did because verses come to my mind all the time.
