The feelings of failure, worry, hurt, and pain are constant. I go to the Word to remind me that it is not always about me and I have to give it to God. I would not be able to face another day if I did not give it to God and stop making it about me.

Even though a part of me wanted to remain stuck in my bad mood, I would ask God to help me adjust how I am feeling. I knew that I could not do it in my own power, but that I needed to surrender my feelings to God so that He could work within me.

I am very grateful studying this now an I belive this is something that I want to implement in my life and see how God works. Claiming Isaiah 40:31, His Word and ask God to give me the strength to move on. He will change my own stagnation to spiritual vitality and when I recommit myself to pray for a spiritual transformation, God will take over by exchanging my own strength for that of the living God.
