Yes, I used to study the Bible by my own strength and couldn’t understand it but as soon as I change my ways to trust the divine strength instead of my own I understand the Bible better.

Just starting to rely on divine strength. I suspect this will take a lot of practice and surrendering of my will to His will.

Yes… I live for years trying to use will power and might to defeat sin. Never really grasped the idea of really on God completely. After doing so, its a burden off me, like weight being lifted.

Not as specific as taught today. The forgiveness aspect sparked some thoughts. I understand from an intellectual aspect of the exchange, but bringing it into the heart has been a struggle at times.

Yes…all the time. I am very aware of John 15 where Jesus says apart from him we can do nothing. Everytime i spend time with God i am renewed…he is truly a good good father
