Have you sought to exchange your own human effort for divine strength? What happened?

This is something I need to work on. I need to be in constant prayer for this. I know it intellectually, but it takes focus each day.

Yes… sometimes daily. The Lord is always faithful.

I need to do better at this. The times I do it, I’m met with divine strength but I don’t do it that often.

[Austin]

I haven’t really felt like I’ve made a concerted effort to do so besides in my eternal status with sin. I feel like I still hold the weight of fighting sin in my life and laying aside fleshly weight that slows me down.

[Austin]

This is not something I am great at but I do try to intentionally pray to the Spirit for strength.
