I don’t do this regularly enough when I feel my own strength isn’t enough. There have been many times though I have prayed to God to give me His strength and I felt renewed and capable. It wasn’t my own ability, but God’s strength and endurance I received after.

Yes. When executed, it is incredible. Sometimes for me it is a matter of mustering the strength to even ask God for help.
