Have you sought to exchange your own human effort for divine strength? What happened?

What ended up happening is I would release whatever I was feeling to God and found myself worshiping him. By the time I am finished, that feeling is gone and I felt better than I did initially.

I have and in those times, I have more clarity and trust Him more.

I have no family, so I rely on God with everything I do. He’s my strength everyday

I have turned over things to God, but not sure I have exchanged. That is a new concept for me. I ask God to do things that only He can do.

I have had to exchange my own human effort for divine strength. Faith in His Word. When I am feeling sad or lonely, I can talk to God because His word says that He will never leave me or forsake me. Most of all that He loves me.
