Have you told others about Christ in the past? If so, what role did listening and dialogue play in the interaction? In the future, how might you use these techniques even more effectively?

Yes, I’ve told others about Christ in the past. Listening to people pouring out their hearts about how they perceive God is usually the reaction I get. Or the person my just simply say that they believe and have faith. Lately, I’ve been saying, “Do you know about Jesus? Have you heard of the good news? He’s the Savior of the world—healing us of our sins. Learning the simple presentation of the Gospel via The Romans Road is just another way I can preach.

I am trying to think of a time that I have told others about Christ. I know I would say, trust in God. But I dont think I have ever preached the word. I think using these techniques can bring others to God and help them understand faith.

I struggle with in expressing my faith, so I have not shared Christ with nonbelievers although i do pray with believers on occasion.

i come from a non Christian home and when I became a Christian, my family was not interested until slowly they began to show interest. My mom and sister are now believers. I just answered their questions when they asked, invited them to church and continue to pray for them. some of my past friends I am still in contact with, although they show no interest yet and it’s been over 20 years since I gave my life to Jesus. I am still waiting

Sharing my own story of faith has always been an exciting journey. Like the old hymn, a favorite of my dad, “I love to tell the story of Jesus and His love.” I appreciate the concept the we look and pray for opportunities, but be sensitive to the Spirit and share as far as they are willing to go.
