Yes i have shared my testimony. I have opportunity to tell others about what Jesus Christ has done for us. As far as listening goes I usually answer their specific questions about salvation, i have given participants to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior at the end of a Bible Study. My interaction is usually in a group, seldom one on one.

Listening — actively listening — is the first key to relationships, and an indispensable key component for effective love in action. God wants us to listen in Love before we speak. Jesus commands us to actually care — to love with action that goes the extra mile. The Holy Spirit will guide us if we listen — to Him and to others – in love, with a desire and intent that is God-ordained, and born of forethought. Yet, it all starts with active listening — first to God, in relationship. Words should be few, careful chosen, and spoken gently and in love. I have not attained this, yet I abide. Thank you Lord Jesus!

Yes!
Important to know “time and score” of the conversation so that you may accurately dive into the actual context of what the person you are evangelizing is talking about. The topics they choose to share will open up a window into their brokenness and allow you to better dive in.

In the future, I will study various techniques like the Roman Road to share the Gospel. I would like to have several techniques at hand in case one does not work.

It’s been very difficult to talk to people other than believers. I come from a faith that does not evangelize. People come to the faith on their own. So with many years of this indoctrination, it has been a long road to sharing with non-believers.
