Have you told others about Christ in the past? If so, what role did listening and dialogue play in the interaction? In the future, how might you use these techniques even more effectively?

Yes, I have had Gospel conversations with others in the past. I think listening is the most important role. I often start conversations with “tell me your Jesus story” or “where are you with Jesus?”. Based on their answers is where we should start the dialogue about Jesus and salvation. I can be super quick to jump into sharing the Gospel versus listening to where to they are and just dialoguing about their thoughts and opinions before relating that back to salvation (perhaps in a follow-up conversation).

Yes I have, and listening plays a big role. Dialog worked as the listening over speaking occurred. In the future I would be more inclined to create Dialog based on listening to boster more involvement.

Yes, I have. I didn’t know how to go about doing it except by giving testimony of God’s grace and the miracles he’s done in my life. I need to study more so that I can be more effective in winning souls to Christ.

Yes, but they were ready and asked me to lead them over the line of faith. Asking questions gave me the assurance that the planted seed was ready for harvest.
