The summer and winter seasons in the Promised Land are similar to Nigeria in their reliance on seasonal rains for agriculture and distinct seasonal variation, but they differ in temperature extremes, with the Promised Land experiencing cooler winters while Nigeria remains warm year-round, and in rainfall patterns, as the Promised Land receives concentrated winter rains compared to Nigeria’s prolonged and heavy wet season.

Where I live the seasons change drastically. It is unbearably hot in the summer and dangerously cold in the winter. The seasons changed in the Promised Land but I don’t think they changed as drastically.

Winter time where I live we experience snow rather then rain. In summer time we have high temps and humidity, we have thunderstorms throughout the summer months. We can also have a period of weeks where we dont get any rain and can cause a drought.

We experience all four seasons of weather and a multitude of different winds / weather conditions.

Like Israel which sits next to the equator, my latitude is one of similar weather patterns influenced by the jet stream.
