Yes if people are using their gifts to serve God. The fruit will be obvious.

people who can work with other people, people who are willing to be trained as leaders, people who are willing to really put down in the work with us and give themselves to it and do the job well.

Observe the person’s actions, attitudes, and behaviors. Look for patterns of behavior that align with specific spiritual gifts.

Be very through in what is to be expected. Ask specific people to do a specific job for a specific time.
