How can you more effectively exude “the fragrance of grace within you” so that others are eager to share their journey with you?

Humility in remembering my flesh dynamics and living through the gospel of Jesus.

I can more effectively exude “the fragrance of grace” when I carefully and tenderly hold my own story as well as the story of others, inviting the Spirit and God’s grace into my own story and my own current journey. When I do that, others will sense the Spirit in me and I can be a safe space for sharing.

Knowing what is going on inside me, and brokenness over this, and dependence on the Holy Spirit that produces confidence in Him and a sense that I’ve “come out of the wilderness and am leaning on my beloved.”

I first need to understand my own interior world and all that Christ has done for me, so that I am meeting people with a joy, and a vision, because of my own growth, that can see beyond the here and now to “what could be” in this sister before me who is a child of God. And they begin to sense that grace within my sould that only the Spirit can reveal.

I exude the fragrance of grace when I am meek and humble and open to whatever God wants to do.
