How can you more effectively exude “the fragrance of grace within you” so that others are eager to share their journey with you?

I do my best to humble myself to the use of the Holy Spirit as I engage in conversation with others. Judgement is set aside. Personal opinion is set aside, and before I even begin the conversation, I ask the Lord to take it over.

I can more effectively exude “the fragrance of grace within me” so that others are eager to share their journey with me, by allowing a spirit of excitement and vision rise up within me. My body language should reflect to the individual that I am eager to hear the story of their soul.

It is only when someone sees the passion of Christ and the wisdom of the Spirit within me and my genuine love and care for them that they will sense the fragrance of grace in me and be willing to open up and share their journeying reality with me and allow me to enter the battle for their soul together with them.

To effectively exude the fragrance of grace within me, I must first yield myself to The Spirit to root out all that would hinder my growth in the realm of The Spirit. A broken and a contrite heart before God.

By being broken before God, and the attitude that I’m a sinner saved by grace and to continue to be humbled before God. I do not judge the person because I am also sinful.
