    I think I would like to know enough Greek to be able to translate scriptures for myself. There are many different translations of the scriptures and sometimes I wonder who has it correct. Do I go with the one that matches what I want to express or the one that is closest to the original Greek. I have just been going with the flow because I don’t know.

    Enough to be able to use my Interlinear, and NT Greek Study helps better.

    I am just trying to get an overview and define a future direction. Maybe learn a basic understanding and how to use modern computer aids.

    My main goal is to understand better the meaning of bible passages. Therefore gain better knowledge to better teach others.

    I am taking this course to gain a basic understanding of Greek. I am hopeful that I can pursue more advanced studies in Greek so that I can apply this knowledge to interpretation of the New Testament writings.
