I love the way that we can talk to God and that He talks to us. Sometimes it comes through the reading of His word and other times it comes through time in prayer. Either way He makes Himself known so personally

Two way communication is necessary as believers. It is important that we speak to God but also important that we allow him to speak to us. One way he speaks to us is through his word, and as he speaks to us, we are called to listen and walk in the truth that he gives us.

It is profound that God provides a clear way to speak to me and a clear way for me to speak to Him.

The visual of the love letter was good and how I should read the Word of God. I love reading plans, but can sometimes turn into the checked box/duty to read. Need to set aside time to just enjoy and read the word with a soft heart.

Often I am guilty of doing most of the talking. It is wise to be in an attitude of listening and learning and leaning into the Lord’s presence.
