I like the diagram that shows God on the top and me underneath with an arrow pointing to God labeled prayer and arrow pointing to me labeled scripture. I need to envision this always I need to see this in my mind, my heart, and my spirit to fuel how I do my daily meeting with Jesus Christ my lord and savior.

i love that communication wiith God is as much about listening as it is speaking. I am imoressed by the truth that God takes the time to speak to me and make known His toughts and intentions.

The principle of two-way communication impresses me in that after reading the Bible there is so much more to do, like taking notes, and thinking about the meaning and application. Then pray about about the word. Like Jeremiah I have to think more about how to “acquire and secure.” and “encounter and meet.” This will help me more to develop my relationship with God. I have not been taking written notes but mental ones during those special time with God, but I think that is great. It is very important for Christians to develop a consistent relationship with God to foster spiritual growth.

I love it because it works. Letting God talk to us will help me talk to God

I like the idea of a two communication because it reminds that devotional time is a relationship.
