How did the principle of two-way communication (prayer and Bible reading) impress you? Why?

God was so good that He gave His word to us in Bible and by reading and getting to knwo him and also a prayer we can communicate wth Him and love Him

It’s always been something on my mind that we pray for what we want or to give thanks quickly because we are relieved. I think to intentionally listen and ask what He wants to share with me needs to be more deliberate in my time with Him.

Through prayer we can speak to God and through scriptures,God can speak to us

Through prayer I can commune to Him on a one to one basis and I feel He is listening to me. I can express my joy, struggles, praise and sins. God is listening to me. while Bible reading God is talking to me directly and I listen.

I think listening to God and not just bringing our requests before him is very powerful. It is a two way dialogue.
