Leadership is a place of influence and different relationships where I have always tried to encourage people to themselves as God sees them, and to achieve all, God, created them to achieve in this earth and eternity.

Anyone that has influence over others. When you can motivate or inspire others to grow, use and maximize their skills to work towards a common goal.

My understanding of leadership is someone who leads others toward a common goal.

My understanding of leadership has been accepting the responsibility to lead a focused team toward the completion of a designated task.

My past experiences of understanding the leadership purpose that from a certain point in your life God had placed your goal deep in your spirit. That’s when our growing up begins to unravel in ways we don’t seem quite ready to grasp why we are here for? Like the roller coaster ride we get in and we go through the ups and downs slowly going up then suddenly going faster and down ergo. Did you feel that, the moment you passed out and then you were awakened. God was there guiding me in what He called me for to reach, teach, hold onto and bring others to his Son, Christ The Lord.
