I think for me it challenges me to impress upon my students how loved they are by God, and their lives have meaning despite some of the desperate circumstances they experience. To know that you were created in the image of our Lord and that you will have an eternal resting place with Him if you accept his gift of salvation is why I am in Christian education. We are able to speak Biblical truth into our students and it is such a privilege. It is a challenge for me to love my students as Jesus does and that is what I pray for every time I walk into my classroom.

We are made in the image of God, my life has purpose, and God is my father. We need to honor that and remember that as we learn to take care of our bodies. I am a PE teacher and want the students to remember this. To realize that our bodies are a gift and given to us by God. We need to respect, care for it, and use it for the purposes in which God intended for us to.

I am blessed to teach Kindergarten at a Christian school. I try to instill in my students that each of them is important and loved. I try to remind them that in all that they do it should please the Lord. I try to remind them of the importance of prayer in their day. Like remembering to pray before meals. God Should be our daily focus and in everything that we do.

These are questions that students have and it’s important to be ready to answer these questions.

I am an American History teacher at a private Christian school, and perhaps most applicable is the concept of sin in that environment. As we learn about the human narrative, it is critical that students understand that the relationship between God and humanity is severed, and that evil exists in this life. How else are students supposed to understand concepts such as racism, genocide, and tragedy in the course of human history?
