Due to the policy of my school with its restricted rules and regulations, I constantly affirm who I am, where I come from, where I am going, and the meaning of life manifests constantly in my lifestyle as I teach in my classroom.

With the student, I am presently mentoring, I am able to encourage and remind him of what God says about a particular situation he faces in his studies. This reminder of what God says about his present difficulty gives him the confidence to improve and get better.

In my own classrooms which are dominated by the Muslim faith, my students would occasionally ask me any one of these questions and I am happy to answer them with my own beliefs, as well as privileged that God had placed me there, you will see that excitement to know more yet the need for caution is exercised as per my school policy.

Even though we teach specific subjects everyday, we are also teaching students about being people of God. Lessons that we teach might fade away in a students life, but talking about faith and God will resonate with students even more.

No matter what subject you teach, these concepts are part of the lesson. Yes we want to educate the students in the subject matter but above all we need to instill the Christian philosophy. We are not just educating them to know the subject but also to know God for the future.
