I integrate biblical and Christian concepts in my lesson plan very often. Some time I get students
that asked me “why I need to learn this language if I will never use?” My answer to that questions to make students understand is:
To learn another language is another gift that you can have form God. To learn a language can open to you many doors for your future.
To learn another language will help you to go in a Christian Mission where people don’t know you r language, but you will feel blessed from God that you can communicate
and you can bring the word of God in another part of the world.

The concepts in this lesson help me prepare for what questions I might encounter as a Christian Educator, such as Who am I? Where did I come from? God is my creator and everything on the earth belongs to Him.

I find myself answering question like these in my math courses. When I hear questions such as: “Why do we learn this?” or “When am I ever going to use this?” I will often times need to answer with a philosophical response because its the concepts behind the math such as problems solving and logic that they are learning that they’ll apply in other areas of life.

I am an Art Teacher so I often talk about how God is the creator of everything and when it was done, He said it was good. I feel that when we do Art He is allowing us to experience just a hint of the joy that creating can be. We also do projects around Christian holidays and when we do this there is ample opportunity to discuss who God is and who we are and why that makes a difference in our lives. When we make artwork from photos, we often marvel at the details that God not only creates in the world around us but also in us. Observation in Art lends itself to many conversations about God.

I view our answers to the “big questions of life” as the bedrock in which everything else is based. If I am viewing myself, my students, and my students’ families as creations of God who have eternal souls and have the purpose to know and serve Him, I will treat them with respect and hopefully covey to them that they are precious in His sight. I will make the gospel the priority and refer to it often.
I think behavior expectations and discipline are greatly impacted by these core beliefs as well. Students need reminded that God wants what is best for us and therefore “disciplines those he loves”(Hebrews 12:6). The goal of our discipline should be to change the hearts/souls of our students in order to become more like Christ.
