I come along side them and encourage them in their gifts. I had a middle school English student who was an excellent writer, but did not want to participate in grammar class. I encouraged her to continue writing because God had blessed her with that talent. She could reach so many people with the Gospel through her writing, but she needed to learn the mechanics of grammar to make that happen. Over the past two years, through prayer and encouragement she grew in her faith and has made a commitment to complete her grammar assignments. She wants to minister through her Christian stories!
