Students are used to be recognizing for academic accomplishments and that’s important but it’s also important to recognize character development. Another way is giving a student who is ready more responsibility or a new role in the classroom.

It is hard to teach students at a young age to try and find their calling but I believe everyone in this world has a calling from God and my hope is that everyone listens.
