Depending on the age, conversations would be geared toward an inquiry/discovery exercise, such as asking how might their particular talent be used in “xyz” profession. How do they see themselves using the talents they have now in future years. Students should be encouraged to pray and search the Bible to hear what God may be revealing to them. Students need to be encouraged to talk about those things they believe God may be prompting in their hearts with someone else (Teacher, Church Pastor, Sunday School Teacher and/or parent(s) ). Hearing themselves talk about it, having an outlet to share and encouraging students to pray about it is vital. God does use people for his purpose to help individuals understand or process things that could be difficult to do without support.
