I am excited to move past the “survival” stage of my lesson planning to get to create rich lessons that are infused with Biblical truths.

Plans for the class always have more purpose and success if they are pointing students to the Light and enabling those that follow Christ to see that He is not supposed to be compartmentalized in their lives but is instead a vital part of each and every day, activity, task. Looking at this when planning is exciting; to anticipate sharing Him with them in this way is satisfying to me as an ambassador for Christ.

I actually might add another descriptor of how I feel about developing biblically integrated units/lessions, and that is reassured. I say that because this lecture and lession has given me a framwork, and encouragement, to accomplich this development. I want to ensure we see God’s big picture in our curriculum and this lession/lecture has guided me in how to do just that.

I was nervous, but with the specific questions to get me started, I am more excited and ready to jump in!
