How do you imbed the fruit of the Spirit into your classroom? Or, if you haven’t previously considered this, how might you go about it now?

I would imbed the fruit of the Spirit by being intentional when recognizing these attitudes/behaviors within my students when they occur. Having it “called out” in themselves and in their peers will make the concepts of the fruit of the Spirit more real for them.

I need to encourage good behavior when I see it, tying it to Scripture and the fruits of the Spirit. I also point out the fruits of the Spirit when dealing with characterization in literature. I try to model the fruits as well in my own daily living.

I embed the fruit of the Spirit into my classroom in the way in which I treat my students and the expectations that I set forth of how my students should behave in course and treat one another.

I model the fruits of the spirit in my classroom. It is also embedded in our reading curriculum so we have discussions about it often. I then will sometimes ask students how they would act in the same situation of the character we were just reading about. It helped a lot with behavior last year.
