Deleted User05/06/2024 at 17:39As a Christian educator, it is a monumental responsibility to be willing and ready to answer students’ questions as they arise. We have direction from 1 Peter 3:15 that tells us to “always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.” I can’t think of a better scripture to guide us as we enter the classroom and teach our students. If we are mindful of this concept and rely on the Holy spirit to guide as we teach, we can know that we are serving God faithfully in being truthful and loving in speaking the truth to our students.

I am blessed to work in a Christian based school where we are encouraged to dive into the bible as much as possible with our students. Deleted User03/01/2024 at 14:21Knowing that God created me and I am his child empowers me to have joy in my classroom in the midst of a crazy classroom. I have joy because God is with me and he called me to be in the classroom. I know he loves me and my students.
