Ask and it shall be given. Talk to Jesus like you were talking to a family member you respect.

Jesus was always talking to God. Often you see Him still away to quietness so that He may hear a word when things was getting tough. Jesus always said He was doing His Father’s will. In order to know His Father’s will, He must commune with Him.

We are seeking the Lord’s face, His presence and sharing our lives with Him. Jesus showed many examples of this as He went to be alone often to be with the Father.

Jesus teaches us to pray in a manner that we are seeking a relationship with God and not just seeking what we can get from God.

Our prayer life is a relationship with Him. He wants us to ask, seek and knock, to ask BIG and seek His face. He longs for us to spend time with Him in prayer.
