How does Jesus teach us to go deeper in our asking when we pray?

By giving us a template known as the Lord’s Prayer, he is telling us we must first pray according to God’s will and secondly prayer is more than just asking for things. We must pray for our daily needs; to seek forgiveness for our sins and help to forgive others; and to help us when temptations come our way.
