I think in order to have authentic relationship with God it necessary to understand that God truly wants us to come to Him without any concern of Him turning us away. We are God’s children, and just as I like to hear my son express his frustrations, because it gives me the opportunity to teach him, I think God is the same way; I want my son to speak to me so that I can continue to build the relationship and lead him down the right paths. I think God wants us to hear it all; God wants us to know that we can trust Him fully, and that He delights in our confidence in Him.
