We live in a world of sin with selfish people, including ourselves. In such a state, it would be impossible to be treated fairly.

One reason is that since there is a demonic element that permeates through society there is going to be their influence until the final judgement. Jesus was tempted by Satan during His 40 day fast and it would be hubris to think we would be exempt from that. There also is free will that allows those that have a selfish nature ( whether by nature or nurture) to do as they please until caught. Yes, I have been treated unfairly but I am a child of God so I know that if I keep steady in my faith I triumph through Christ who strengthens me.

Human have been born with Adam’s original sin. Therefore he is wicked in his heart. That include all kind of wickedness the scripture the scripture describe. Without repentance and accept Jesus Christ as the Lord and personal savior, then our original sin is with us and make us unfair to each other. But if we have the love of God in our hearts, then we can treated each other fairly.

Yes, I have been treated unfairly. We have freewill in a sinful world. Often this combination leads to people doing things selfishly that lead to hurt, injustice, etc.

Yes I have been treaded unfairly. We are treated unfairly because there is brokenness and sin in the world. We are selfish humans and we do awful things to others to benefit ourselves. Sin brings unfairness.
