How does your biblical worldview currently influence your role as a Christian educator?

I see the need of planting God’s word as seeds both in course and outside the classroom. A couple of the students are always willing to probe further and enquire about my biblical views outside the classroom setting.

My biblical worldview helps me be someone students can depend on. I want to make myself open for students that need it. By showing that I care, praying for them, and just engaging in conversations I feel like there is a warm loving environment in my classroom.

My biblical worldview helps me integrate the scriptures into my role as a Christian educator and to talk with students and help them integrate it into their lives. It allows me to help students spiritually, emotionally, physically and academically.

As an administrator, by years as a pastor have great influence on my day to day leadership direction. In fact, it was my biblical worldview that called me to work in this role. We are no different than any other school if not for our biblical worldview.
