How does your biblical worldview currently influence your role as a Christian educator?

My Biblical Worldview helps me to filter everything through the eyes of Scripture and pass that along to my students.

I worldview is a view of the world. I am able to see all life, in particular, my calling as a teacher, through the lens of scripture.

It helps me to stay focused on mentoring and educating God’s Word. Also, to fulfill God’s will for my life by creating disciples and educating them to use God’s Word to navigate through life.

Teaching today with a biblical worldview helps me to stay focused on the mission that God has me running. Especially today with all that is happening in this world that is matching up with the scriptures, there is an urgency to tell others about a good God who loves them.

It helps us understand the world around us and to fulfill our responsibilities to care for and appropriately use creation. We talk about that idea often in course and it influences strongly the way I teach the subject. Generally, a Christian school will think through the implications of a Christian worldview.
